I had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy lounge with its antique furniture and my comfortable bedroom with a sweet bay window. It was great to unwind in the peaceful gardens or sit by the hot tub after a long day. The shower room was nearby, but a bit noisy from the road, though it didn't take away from the overall charm. 😊

Had a blast exploring the local grub! Maniks Restaurant is just a stroll away, and oh, Caspian Fish Bar—don't sleep on that fish and chips! Plus, the BAWA Leisure Centre is right outside my window—convenience for days!
But mate, no breakfast at all—just a sad reality. The decor is a bit tired, and the tiny TV felt like a bad joke. 10 AM checkout? Had me chuckling, but really? Needed a heads-up about the brekkie situation—more of a B than a B&B.

A charming environment with antique furnishings created a homely feel, complemented by the comfortable bed and the lovely host who offered a warm welcome. The convenience of nearby eateries was a nice touch, as self-catering options were readily available. I did experience some minor traffic noise at night, and the absence of a bedside lamp was slightly inconvenient. it's great value for a peaceful stay.

Staying at Elms Guest House was a wonderful experience. Miguel, the owner, created a warm atmosphere that felt like home. The antique furniture and cozy lounge were inviting. My room, while snug, had everything I needed and was spotless. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. I appreciated having a private sink in my room. Conversations with Miguel were delightful, making me feel welcome and at ease. The gardens were a highlight, especially the hammock area and hot tub, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The only downside was the noise from the nearby A38. it was noticeable, especially at night, but not too disruptive. I wished for some breakfast options, as there weren’t any available. my stay was enjoyable, and I’d certainly return if I'm in the area again.
